Instead of reaching for a cereal bar reach for a banana (fruit) and give it to your kid. You will be surprised how much your kid likes fruite just as much as packaged snacks.

Enjoy your Children! They grow up so fast. Take a little bit of time at least once a week if you can't do more to talk to them and play with them.

For good phonics or other educational dvd's go to the library and check them out. Many of these DVD's are so helpful and already reinforce what you have already taught or are planning to teach . . .

While your kids are still little buy them clothes at resale stores and thrift shops. You will save a lot of money (they grow out of clothes so fast) and they wont care.
